Rockingham Forest Cider is our core brand of cider. Though the blend of apples used varies from season to season, it will always include a high percentage of 'Vintage Quality' bittersweet cider apples. This gives the tannin-rich flavour which is a characteristic of West Country and Three Counties ciders. The 2010 blend is made from apples harvested from a very old unsprayed Worcestershire cider orchard.
Welland Valley Special is a fruity, medium cider, made from a range of dessert and culinary apples which have been sourced exclusively from old unsprayed orchards within the Welland Valley area. Only a limited quantity of this cider has been made, and we plan to make it available as a special at the Welland Valley Beer Festival in June.
Rockingham Forest Perry is made from a blend of perry pears, sourced from an unsprayed orchard in Worcestershire. We hope also to have limited supplies of Single Variety perrys available, including Blakeney Red, Malvern Hills, and Green Horse.
